  • In the rapidly evolving economic landscape, one segment stands out as the important contributors to economic development: Small and Medium Enterprises. Often overshadowed by blur-chip giants, the sme sectors are the true contribute to innovation, employment and support economic activity. If you are an investor and looking for the growing companies focused on industrial growth, understanding this space can be useful.

This blog exploring the sme sector meaning, its impacts on the Indian economy, and the emerging trends that are redefining the future of small-scale industries.

First understand the term, sme sector full formSmall and Medium Enterprises. But actually, what is sme sector in a functional sense? The answer is simple; it refers to a category of businesses that fall below certain thresholds of investment in plant and machinery or equipment and annual turnover.

In India the definition was revised to align with the global standards, moving away from a purely manufacturing-based classification to a composite one that includes both investment and turnover. This shift allowed more businesses to be eligible for government schemes, credit facilities, and priority sector lending.

When people think of the sme sectors they mostly picture local workshops, but the reality is that they are diverse in nature. Some of the common sme sector examples given below:

Manufacturing Components for the automotive industry, textile weaving, and food processing units.
Services Boutique digital marketing agencies, specialized HR consultancies, and private educational institutes.
Technology Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startups, mobile app development firms, and cybersecurity providers.
Retail Specialized e-commerce brands and regional supply chain distributors.

The biggest shifts in the Indian equity market over the last two years has been the increase in SME IPO activity. Small companies are bypassing traditional private funding and going directly to the public via NSE and BSE platforms. But still so many people have the common question: is sme ipo safe?

    Here you can see the opportunities and risks of SME IPOs;

    OpportunitiesRisks
SMEs are often in their early expansion stages. Investing in the right sme sectors allows you to participate in potential business growth before it becomes larger companies. SME stocks trade in “lots” (e.g., a minimum of 1,000 or 2,000 shares). If you need to exit quickly, you must find a buyer for the entire lot, which can be may be challenging during certain market conditions.
Many emerging sme sectors in india, such as specialized EV component manufacturing, are dominated by small, agile players with unique intellectual property. Due to smaller market capitalizations, even a modest buy or sell order may lead to price fluctuations in the share price.
Unlike conglomerates, SMEs usually do one thing very well. This clarity makes it easier to track their specific supply chain and sectoral tailwinds. While disclosure norms are improving, SMEs often have less analyst coverage and fewer public reports than Nifty 50 companies, making deep research more challenging.
As an SME grows, it often attracts Venture Capital or Private Equity, which can may influence price movement during “pre-migration” to the mainboard. Small companies are highly dependent on their founders. If a key promoter leaves or a single large contract is lost, the business can may face operational challenges.

The traditional sectors like textile and leather remain strong, but 2026 has seen the rise of several emerging sme sectors in India. These sectors are receiving investor interest and private equity interest. Let’s see emerging sectors in detail.

Green Energy & EV Components Small firms are now specializing in battery management systems and solar panel maintenance.
Agri-Tech SMEs are using IoT and AI to help farmers optimize crop yields and manage supply chains.
Specialized Healthcare Medical device manufacturing and diagnostic startups are thriving under the “Make in India” initiative.
Defense Ancillaries With the push for indigenous defense production, many SMEs are now vital suppliers of specialized parts for aerospace and naval projects.

You must understand that sme sectors are not limited to traditional small businesses, they are the specialized units contributing India toward its goal of becoming a global manufacturing hub. From the traditional workshops to the emerging sme sector in India focusing on space-tech and green energy, these companies represent the business activity across sectors.

The knowledge of how many sme companies in India will help to understand the market depth or wondering is sme ipo safe for consideration, the takeaway is clear: the SME space is where the notable activity is observed.

  • Conclusion
  • The persistent volatility across global financial markets, one notable trend continues to be observed in India is, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). If a company raises fresh capital for expansion or allows existing investors to offload their stakes, the IPO pipeline is busier than ever.

For investors who are seeking new offerings, there has been a steady flow of new offerings. It feels like a continuous relay race; before one issue even closes, two more are already waiting in line. The total number of IPO listing in India have steadily risen over the past five years, IPO activity has continued into 2026.

    primary market outlook 2026

But the common question for every investor that, “Does this relentless increase in supply translate into the kind of blockbuster listing gains that defined previous years?” To find the answer, we must dive deeper into the post-listing performance. This article reviews recent trends in IPO performance.

2026 kicked off on an incredibly strong note, in just first 55 days, 31 companies successfully went to the public. This IPO activity is observed across multiple market segments; it swept through both the Mainboard and SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) platforms.

But a significant structural shift is happening. If we look back to 2021, Mainboard IPOs outpaced SMEs in terms of the number of listings. By 2025, that dynamic has completely reversed, with SMEs accounting for over 70% of the total IPOs.

    ipo wave

The supply is rising steadily, but is investor appetite growing at the same pace? To determine this, we can’t just look at the number of deals: we must analyze listing gains and long-term post-listing performance.

If you were investing in IPOs in 2024, pessimism was very much out of fashion, because the market was on fire and almost every issue listing comfortably in the green. If you received an allotment, many IPOs listed at prices above their issue price. Many IPOs delivered significant listing day price increases, making the primary market feel like an attractive area of interest for market participants.

We already watched the mood shift in 2025; returns began to cool significantly across both SME and Mainboard IPOs. The regulatory changes specifically SEBI’s cap on SME listing gains, played a structured role in reducing extreme spikes. But the bigger factor was a genuine shift in investor sentiment and a noticeable drop in risk appetite.

average listing gains fall sharply in 2025 and 2026

The larger Mainboard IPOs were previously delivering healthy double-digit gains, and saw their average returns fall to single digit in 2025. In 2026, the IPO environment remains active, but gains are muted.

Does IPO Size or Hype Guarantee Post-Listing Returns?

Did you know that there are always a few highly anticipated IPOs that receive significant market attention every year. These “hyped” stocks tend to list massive premiums after dominating media headlines in the run-up to their debut. But what exactly happened after the listing day? Once the spotlight turns away from them to the next big thing?

Here the data shows a concerning trend; prices may change after the initial listing period.

    the listing pop didn't last

As an example, Vibhor Steel Tubes delivered spectacular listing gains in 2024 and became one of the standout Mainboard IPOs of the year. But recently the stock has shown a decline in its peak listing price.

IPOs that list at very high premiums often struggle to justify those inflated expectations. The high valuations may reflect expectations about future business performance on Day One. And any minor operational disappointment can results in price adjustments.

big ticket ipos largely disappoint since 2021

The large companies like LG Electronics India and ICICI Prudential Asset Management have held up relatively better, most large offerings have disappointed. The statistics are telling that, of the IPOs listed in 2024, only 28% are now trading above their listing price. It suggests that short-term investors who exited on listing day experienced different outcomes than those who held on. The investors who entered at higher prices experienced declined in value on listing day itself.

post listing gains now the exception not the norm

Over the past five years, IPO supplies have not been evenly distributed. The sectors sending the most companies to market are often the ones already seeing intense investor attention and big capital flows.

sectors driving ipo supply over the past five years

The yearly leaders show Specialty Chemicals dominating in 2021, Construction & Engineering taking the spotlight in 2024, and Pharma in 2025. 2026 is seeing early momentum in Internet Software & Services.

evolving industry preferences in the ipo market

The pipeline remains upbeat in 2026 with several marquee names expected to hit the market, including Reliance Jio Platforms, PhonePe, and Flipkart. Other prominent names like Hero FinCorp, NSE, Zepto, boAt, and OYO are also in focus. But the listing gains have moderated in recent periods. So, market participants may focus more on company fundamentals and valuations.

IPO (Initial Public Offering) is a popular term in the stock market industry. It offered a chance to the investors to get in early on a company’s growth journey. But what is an IPO in the stock market and how does it work? This blog will break down everything related to the term, from the meaning of IPO, types of IPO, how to invest in IPO, to the risks and returns of it. If you are a beginner in the stock market and seeking to know about it this guide will help you understand it to make your journey successful.

An Initial Public Offering or IPO is the process of a private company offering their shares to the public for the first time to get listed on a stock exchange. It allows the company to raise capital from public investors, that is used for their business expansion, debt repayment or general corporate purposes.

In simple words, IPO in the stock market refers to a company’s debut in the public equity market.

    There are two types of IPO’s available, they are;

When a company decides to sell its shares to the public for the first time at a pre-determined price, it is known as a Fixed Price IPO. In this method, the issue price of the shares is disclosed in advance to the investors. To apply for shares, investors must pay the full price at the time of application. And the demand for the issue is revealed only after the issue closes.

In Book Building Issue the company initiates an IPO and offers 20% price bans on the stocks. The investors can bid on the shares before they decide the final price. But they must mention the number of shares and the amount they are ready to pay per share in detail. The lowest share price is known as the floor price and the highest stock price known as the cap price. And the final decision about the price of the share is determined by the investor’s bids.

    The IPO process includes some key steps and is called as the IPO cycle, they are;

Before initiating IPO, the company should prepare financial statements, business plans and other essential documents.

The company must register it with regulatory authority SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) in India. They should submit detailed information about the company business model, financials and risks.

Now the company should select the exchange there they have to list its shares; they have to follow an application of the selected exchange.

The company and their underwriters conduct a “roadshow” there they will meet other investors to promote their IPO.

The pricing of the IPO is based on the demand of the investors and the final prospects called Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).

The shares of the company are allocated to different categories like Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), Retail Individual Investors and Non-Institutional Investors.

After listing company shares on the stock exchange like BSE or NSE, on the IPO day the shares are available for trading and the public can buy or sell the shares at market prices.

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you get started with IPO investments through Navia:

Step 1: Open a Demat and Trading Account with Navia

Step 2: Log in to the Navia app and navigate to the ‘Account’ section

Step 3: Tap on ‘IPO’ to view the list of currently open IPOs

Step 4: Select the IPO you wish to bid for and click ‘Apply’

Step 5: Enter your bid details such as quantity and price (within the specified price band), and proceed using your net banking or UPI payment method

Step 6: Your funds will be blocked in your account until allotment

Step 7: Check your allotment status—if allotted, the shares will be credited to your Demat account

You must understand that a stock will continue to trade at or above the initial offering price. Once it’s started trading in on a stock exchange you should prepare your mind to face both profit and loss. Most people buy invest in IPOs to enter the company’s early stage of life cycle to get potential future growth.

🔸Many SME IPOs were oversubscribed, with some receiving overwhelming demand from investors.

🔸Sectors such as IT and Healthcare attracted strong interest due to their growth potential and market relevance.

➝ Minimum IPO issue size of over ₹10 crore.

➝ Higher application thresholds for investors.

🔸These changes aim to balance growth with investor protection.

🔸 SME IPOs in 2023 showcased geographical diversity, with companies from various states listing on exchanges.

🔸 Risks: Volatility and potential underperformance in some IPOs emphasize the need for thorough research.

🔸 Strategy: Diversifying investments and focusing on fundamentally strong companies can help mitigate risks.

The SME IPO allotment process follows specific guidelines and involves several key steps to ensure a fair allocation of shares to investors. Understanding this process is crucial for anyone interested in investing in an SME IPO. This article will break down the process for both retail and non-retail investors and provide examples to clarify how shares are allocated.

When an SME company issues an Initial Public Offering (IPO), the allotment of shares is done based on a document called the Basis of Allotment (BOA). This document, prepared by the IPO registrar, provides details on how shares will be distributed among different categories of investors, including Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs)

For an SME IPO to be successfully listed on the SME exchange, a minimum of 50 applicants is required. The process of allotment begins after the closure of the IPO and follows the rules set by SEBI

According to SEBI guidelines, each applicant must receive at least one trading lot. For example, if an SME company issues 50,00,000 shares, and the lot size is 2000 shares, the maximum number of allottees who will receive one lot is:

      50,00,000 shares / 2000 shares per lot = 2500 applicants

Therefore, 2500 investors will be allotted at least one lot each.

Retail investors who bid for shares worth up to ₹2 lakhs fall under this category. If the total number of applications exceeds the shares available for RIIs, the allotment is done through a lottery system

        Example
Suppose a company has 20 lakh shares available for the retail segment, and the minimum lot size is 10,000 shares. The maximum number of retail allottees would be:

        20,00,000 / 10,000 = 200 applicants

If 250 retail investors apply for shares, only 200 applicants will be allotted shares, selected through a computerized lottery. The remaining 50 applicants will not receive any allotment.

Scenario Shares Offered (Retail) Lot Size Applications Received Allotted Through Lottery
        Oversubscription Example 20,00,000 10,000 250 200

Investors in this category include Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) who bid for amounts greater than ₹2 lakhs. In case of oversubscription, the allotment is done on a proportionate basis

          Example
If an NII applies for 10 lakh shares, and the NII category is oversubscribed by 10 times, the investor will be allotted:

          10 lakh shares / 10 = 1 lakh shares

Category Shares Applied Oversubscription Shares Allotted
          Non-Institutional Investor 10 lakh 10x 1 lakh
Qualified Institutional Buyer 15 lakh 5x 3 lakh

When an IPO receives more applications than the shares available, the following occurs:

Retail Investors: The maximum number of retail investors who can be allotted shares is calculated by dividing the total shares available by the minimum bid lot. If the number of applications exceeds this, the allotment is done via a lottery system, where successful applicants are chosen randomly.

Non-Retail Investors: The allotment for non-retail investors is done proportionally. If an investor applies for shares that are 10 times oversubscribed, they will receive 1/10th of the shares they applied for.

There are a few common reasons why an investor may not receive an allotment in an SME IPO:

          🔸 Oversubscription
If the IPO is heavily oversubscribed, only a limited number of investors will receive shares. In such cases, allotment is done through a lottery, and some investors may not receive any shares.

            🔸 Incorrect Application Details
If your application has any incorrect details, such as incorrect PAN or Demat account information, your application may be rejected.

🔸 Non-Allotment Due to Lot System
The SME IPO allotment process follows a lot system. If the total number of valid applications exceeds the available shares, you may not receive allotment due to the random nature of the lottery system.

Once the IPO issue closes, the registrar announces the allotment of shares. Investors can check their allotment status online by visiting the registrar’s website and entering details such as:

                ● Company name

                PAN number

                IPO application number

This allows investors to easily track whether they have been allotted shares or not.

The SME IPO allotment process, while similar to the mainboard IPO process, has its own unique aspects, especially in the way it allocates shares to retail and non-retail investors. Whether through the lottery system for retail investors or the proportionate basis for non-retail investors, the allotment process is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

When a company goes public, it raises capital by selling shares to the general public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). However, the allocation of these shares is crucial, especially when the demand exceeds the supply. This is where the IPO allotment process comes into play.

In this blog, we’ll explore how the IPO allotment process works, the different rules for allotment based on investor categories, and share examples to make it easier to understand.

🔶 Issuer Company: The company issuing shares.

🔶 Registrar to the Issue: The firm responsible for managing the allotment process.

🔶 Stock Exchange: Acts as an intermediary in the IPO process.

🔶 Investors: Individuals and institutional investors applying for shares.

Retail investors are usually allotted shares in “lots.” A lot refers to a group of shares, and each retail investor is entitled to at least one lot if their application is valid.

Example: A company offers 5 lakh shares to retail investors, with each lot size being 100 shares. This means the maximum number of retail investors who can be allotted shares is 5000 (5,00,000 / 100).

Oversubscription Scenario: If more applications are received than the available shares, the allotment is done via a lottery system, where each winning applicant is allotted one lot.

Retail Investor Allotment ExampleNumber of SharesLot SizeNumber of Retail ApplicantsAllotment Process

Total shares available5,00,00010010000Lottery system for oversubscription
Total shares available5,00,0001005500Proportionate allotment after one lot each

Non-Institutional Investors are categorized into Small NII (investment between ₹2-10 lakhs) and Big NII (investment above ₹10 lakhs). Shares reserved for NII are split into 1/3rd for Small NII and 2/3rd for Big NII.

🔷 Small NII: Investors with applications between ₹2-10 lakhs.

🔷 Big NII: Investors with applications above ₹10 lakhs.

If the NII category is oversubscribed, the allotment happens proportionally based on the number of shares applied for.

                NII Allotment ExampleCategoryReservationTotal Shares Available
Small NII₹2-10 lakhs1/3rd of the reservation for NII categoryProportionate allotment based on demand

Small NII and Big NII Allotment Process

Proportionate Basis Example: Suppose a Big NII applies for 20,000 shares, and the total available for Big NII is only 10,000 shares. The investor will receive half the shares they applied for, i.e., 10,000 shares.

The allocation between Small NII and Big NII is made separately, but both categories follow a proportionate allocation method when oversubscribed.

Small NII vs Big NII ExampleTotal Shares AppliedOver SubscriptionShares AllottedAllotment Process
Small NII25,0001.66X15,000Proportionate to the application size
Big NII40,0002X20,000Proportionate to the application size

The QIB category includes mutual funds, financial institutions, and other large entities. In the event of oversubscription, shares are allotted on a proportionate basis.

Example: If a QIB applies for 1,00,000 shares and the total available is only 50,000 shares, the QIB will receive half the number of shares they applied for, i.e., 50,000 shares.

The IPO allotment process typically follows these steps:

                1. Receiving and Validating Applications:
The registrar receives all applications and checks for any errors. Invalid applications are rejected.

                2. Grouping Applications by Category:
Applications are grouped based on investor categories, i.e., RII, NII, QIB, etc.

                3. Finalizing Basis of Allotment:
The registrar, in consultation with the stock exchange, finalizes the Basis of Allotment and proceeds with share distribution.

                4. Communicating Allotment Status:
Investors receive email/SMS notifications about their allotment status.

                5. Share Credit and Refunds:
Successful investors receive shares in their Demat accounts, while others get refunds by unblocking their UPI block mandates.

Let’s consider an IPO where 50 lakh shares are offered and divided among different categories:

🔸Retail Investors (RII): 35% of the issue, i.e., 17.5 lakh shares.

🔸Non-Institutional Investors (NII): 15% of the issue, i.e., 7.5 lakh shares.

🔸Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB): 50% of the issue, i.e., 25 lakh shares.

                CategoryShares OfferedApplications ReceivedAllotment Process
Retail (RII)17.5 lakh50 lakhLottery system due to oversubscription
                Non-Institutional (NII)7.5 lakh10 lakhProportionate based on demand
Qualified Investors (QIB)25 lakh22 lakhFull allotment as demand is lower than the offer

In the above example, retail investors will be allotted shares via a lottery system, and NIIs will receive shares based on the proportion of shares they applied for compared to the available shares.

                🔷 Apply in Multiple Accounts:
Applying through multiple Demat accounts (family members) increases your chances.

                🔷 Ensure Correct Application Details:
Double-check your PAN, bank, and Demat details to avoid technical rejections.

                🔷 Apply for Minimum Lots:
Retail investors should apply for one lot to increase the likelihood of allotment in oversubscribed IPOs.

T (IPO Subscription Closes)IPO application process ends. Investors can no longer submit bids.Day 0 (End of Subscription)

                1. Day 0 (T) – IPO Subscription Period Closes:
Once the IPO subscription window closes, no further applications are accepted. The registrar begins verifying the bids.

                2. Day 1 (T+1) – Finalization of Allotment:
The registrar, in coordination with the stock exchanges, finalizes the Basis of Allotment (BOA). This includes the verification of applications, validation of successful bids, and determination of the allocation based on demand. The allotment process is finalized by 6 PM on T+1 day.

                3. Day 2 (T+2) – Refund or ASBA Unblocking:
Refunds are initiated for investors who did not receive any allotment. If the application was made through ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount), the amount is unblocked from the investor’s bank account. Investors whose bids were unsuccessful will have the full amount refunded.

                4. Day 3 (T+3) – Listing of Shares on Stock Exchanges:
The IPO shares are credited to the Demat accounts of successful allottees. Trading of the shares begins on the stock exchanges (NSE, BSE) on T+3 day. The listing price will be determined based on market demand and supply.

Assume an IPO closes on October 10th (Day 0). The new timeline would look like this:

                EventDate
                IPO Subscription ClosesOctober 10th
                Allotment Finalization (T+1)October 11th (by 6 PM)
                Refunds/Unblocking of Funds (T+2)October 12th
Listing on Stock Exchanges (T+3)October 13th
                IPO - demat account

-> Faster Refunds and Share Allotments:
The T+3 process ensures that refunds are processed quicker and shares are credited to investors’ Demat accounts in a shorter time frame, enhancing liquidity.

                -> Quicker Listing:
The T+3 listing timeline allows the shares to be traded sooner, providing early liquidity to both investors and companies.

                -> Improved Investor Experience:
The shorter IPO process minimizes the waiting time for investors to find out their allotment status and start trading the shares.

Understanding the IPO allotment and listing process is essential for any investor. Whether you’re a retail investor, an NII, or a QIB, knowing how shares are distributed can help you strategize your applications better. The allotment process, while seemingly complicated, is designed to ensure fairness. Following best practices can increase your chances of receiving shares in highly sought-after IPOs.

Welcome to the exciting universe of investments, where there’s room for growth and the chance for financial success. If you’re new to this adventure, you’ve probably heard of the term “IPOs” – Initial Public Offerings. In this article, we’ll help you understand what they are, why they’re important, and we’ll also explore their advantages and drawbacks in a way that’s easy to grasp.

An IPO, or Initial Public Offering, is like a company’s exciting entrance onto the stock market stage. It’s when a private company decides to share its ownership with the public by offering shares to regular people like you and me. You might wonder why a company would do this. Just like when you want to expand your lemonade stand to make it bigger and better, companies need funds for their plans. That’s where IPOs come in. By selling shares to the public, they can raise the capital they need to grow, pay off debts, or reward early investors who believed in them.

Here are the reasons why you, should think about investing in IPO shares:

                1. Getting in Early – Imagine you’re the first one to see a fantastic magic show. That’s what it’s like to invest in an IPO. You can buy shares when a company is just starting out, and if it grows, you could make a nice profit. It’s like being the first to buy a ticket to an amusement park before it becomes famous.

                2. Spreading the Risk – Investing in different things, like stocks from various companies, is a smart way to reduce your risk. Instead of just having one ice cream flavor, you have a whole variety. If one doesn’t taste good, there are plenty of others to enjoy.

                3. Potential for Big Gains – Some IPOs are like winning a lottery, but with better chances. If the company becomes very popular, the value of your shares could go way up. It’s like finding a special coin that turns into more money over time.

                4. Easy to Sell- IPO shares are usually easy to sell when you need to. It’s like having a hotcake stand, and people want your hotcakes. If you suddenly need the money, you can quickly sell your IPOs on the stock market.

                5. Thinking About the Future – Investing in the stock market is like planting seeds for your financial garden. With time and care, those seeds can grow into something valuable. Imagine planting a small tree in your backyard that becomes a big, beautiful tree over the years.

                6. Good Deals – IPOs in India are often priced lower than their actual value. It’s like finding a sale at your favorite store. You’re getting something valuable for less.

                7. Creating More Awareness – When you invest in an IPO, you’re helping more people learn about a company and its products. This can make more people want to buy their products, which can help the company succeed and, hopefully, raise its stock price.

                8. Tax Benefits- If you hold onto your IPO shares for a while, you might pay less tax when you make money from them. It’s like getting a discount on your tax bill.

Let’s take a closer look at the good and not-so-good sides of investing in IPOs:

                IPOs

Step 1: If you’re new to Navia, head over to the Play Store and download the Rocket app.

Step 2: Open the Navia app and log in using your account information.

Step 3: On the app’s homepage, scroll down to find the “Tools” section and select the “IPO” option from there.

Step 4: You’ll see a list of both currently available IPOs and IPOs that are coming soon.

Step 5: In the “Current IPOs” section, choose the IPO you’re interested in applying for.

Step 6: After selecting the IPO, provide the necessary information and credentials as required.

Step 7: Once you’ve completed your application, you will receive the IPO mandate for making the payment.

Step 8: After making the payment, your funds will be reserved, and your IPO application will be submitted.

In conclusion, investing in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) can be an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow their financial future. IPOs allow you to get in early with a chance for big gains, diversify your investments, and sometimes grab good deals. It’s like being among the first to enter an amusement park before it becomes famous, having a variety of ice cream flavors, and finding a sale at your favorite store.

However, there are drawbacks to consider. IPO shares might not be guaranteed, and prices can be volatile, leading to potential losses. New companies lack a track record, making it challenging to predict their performance, and some IPO shares may be overpriced.

If you decide to invest in IPOs, make sure to do your research, diversify your investments, and be prepared for price fluctuations. Just like planting seeds in your financial garden, with time and care, your investments can grow into something valuable. So, be a smart investor and make informed decisions on your IPO journey.
